Issues Modding LogicCommandSet

Hi All, 

           Modding KW with WrathEd and cant seem to get the LogicCommandSet to work with the GDI War Factory. I am modding the war factory to be able to build a NODMCV unit. 

 

        <Cmd>Command_ConstructNODMCV</Cmd>

 

        But for some reason it wont work, MCV unit doesn't appear in the build que for the GDIWarfactory?
