how to change watertexture in worldbuilder

HI, i want to change the color of water in the worldbuilder

 

Indeed In the defi's map chemicalgeneral the water have an other texture (PMVines02.tga)

I want to put a new texture for the water but i dont no how to do this

I can't help you because I don't much advanced stuff about the Worldbuilder.
