Try this animation program!

It's free, with the only catches being that (1) You can't export the animations (I think), and (2) You have to give them your email address for a license key (I haven't gotten any spam or anything from it)

 

I've made several dummy-torturing animations. The program at first glance looks like it has a steep learning curve, but really doesn't, due to the good tutorials.

I haven't learned all of it yet. I don't think you can. You might be able to, though. I'll just GIF the animations, if I figure out how. <_<
