PROBLEM WITH CHANGED PING. CAN SOMEBODY HELP OR XPLAIN

:?: hi everyone... need some help with my ping when im playing online... before i had a ping about 168kn/s most of the games got connectet without any problems... then i changed my broadbond connection to 3mbit... everything worked fine, then resently i had 2 reinstall my hole pc and know i got a ping of 290-300 how kan that be??? i also got more dc`s. but i cant figure out is it my connection or were i just unlucky :roll:

 

ANYBODY WHO HAVE SOME IDEAS OR FACTS THAT CAN HELPING 2 XPLAIN MY PING... PLEASE WRITE A LINE :bang:
