Eh, to few general points?

I have just installed patch v1.7

But when I play skirmish and get promoted I only get one general point to spend on general powers. It this some osrt of error?

your only saposed to get 1 point. at 5 stars you get 3 points, all others is just 1. i find theres not enouf points.

if you look to your left side of the screan botom you see a meter and when it gets filled you get one point the most u get is seven

yeah 7 is too few
