Yuri wont start up there is an error FATAL ERROR

Hi, I am having problems with the game called Red Alert 2 expansion pack Yuri's Revenge... I installed the game and I can not play when I try to play a error message will come up and say--- (TOP) ***FATAL*** String Manager failed to initilaized properly (in the box) ***FATAL*** String manager failed to intilaized properly. First thing to try would be to uninstall both RA2 and Yuri's Revenge. Then reinstall them.

Download and install the Yuri's Revenge v1.001 patch from http://www.cncnz.com/files/yuri/patches.shtml
