Patch V2.03

I just started Tiberian sun and i have version 1.08. So i downloaded the update patch v2.03 from the Tiberian sun files on this site. I ran it and all seemed well but then i started up the game and it gave me this error:

 

Heres what im running:

-Windows xp pro

-Amd 64 bit 3400+

-1 gig ram

-ATI Radeon X700 Pro 256MB

 

it just displays a black screen with the error.

Ive had loads of problems with that patch 2. Mine just says its going to restart and doesnt :S lol
