POWTruck error

I have my DetentionCamp up and running BUT when the POWTruck

is finish and wants to come out the system crash and goes back to windows

whats up .....When i go to the POWtruck button the info in the blue box says Missing;;

 

CONTROLBAR:ConstructAmericaVehiclePOWTruck

CONTROLBAR:ToolTipAmericaBuildPOWTruck

 

 

PLEASE HELP.....

 

PS: bleu box is where it say the cost and unit INFO.....

Any info or tutorials on how to FIX it....
