Can the "Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3000" handle C&C3?

C&C 3 needs a video card that supports Hardware Transform and Lighting (T&L), and on-board video adapters usually don't support this.

 

The only way to find out is to install the game and try it. The worst that will happen is the game will not load. Assuming the game actually starts you can probably only play on low details (even if you have a powerful CPU and a heap of RAM). An on-board video set-up simply doesn't have enough grunt for 3D applications.
