wrinkle69 0 Posted June 9, 2007 Just got C&C3, downloaded all current update patches. 30 seconds into game, pointer changes so that you can only pan around the screen (as if you are right cllicking to pan around) it will not come out of this mode until you do a hard shutdown and restart.
