Cannot load RA2 or YR on TFD

I just installed TFD and when i opened the launcher everything works but RA2 and YR (my favorite ones). i then tryed to open them from explorer and it did the same thing, the screen will go black but nothing will start, can anyone help me out, i'm using windows xp professional my specs should meet every need i can run C&C 3 perfectly, can anyone help me out!!!

Have you installed patch 1.02?

yes i have, i have all the patches to date
