I'm unable to run the program farther than the launcher screen from the disk only. Another problem i'm having is that the files are removed from my C drive. I removed them from there in the hopes of uninstalling the program when the uninstaller failed. I was successful in removing the files but the uninstaller still remains unaccepting of the command to uninstall C&C TFD. it claims it still cannot find the file. When i attempt to start the program from the disk the top option, which should state "install" says "launch" as if the files were already installed and ready to go. however, it cannot launcher as there are no files to go to. so i'm unable to run the program or attempt a repair on the program from within the program. I need something to fix the error message from the uninstaller itself inorder to reenable the installing of the program again. Also running the uninstaller, and the disk launcher as Admin did not fix this issue.

so i've recently tried playing C&C Zero Hour online using C&C online. After getting everything setup I made the decision to uninstall C&C TFD. When I went into the control panel to uninstall it it told me this "There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\11\00\Intel32\Ctor.dll The specified module could not be found." with that error, i can't uninstall C&C TFD and therefore can't reinstall it to fix the problem. please help. System Specs: Windows 8.1 Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 8.00GB RAM 64-bit OS Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GT 635M 2GB HD: 1TB
