    Removing 30 FPS cap?

    I don't see and sort of 'gamedata.ini' file anywhere in my .BIG files. I guess it's different. Any other suggestions, because I'm not very skilled at this stuff since I just got the game.

    Is there a way so it doesn't double? Also, how would I go about capping it to 60?

    I've grown used to not having 30 FPS, and it hurts my eyes. Is there any way to unlock it or mod it?
