I found the solution to this problem! you need to extract the Rules.ini,art.ini and the most important thing is the " .csf" file using XCC tools then you import them from the game folder and save this file as your original then you are good to go!! my theory is that since TibEd is way older that the current Origin version, it is just not compatible with it but once you do so, it will work as a charm!
