Well, this is just plain false. It is well known that he sampled audio clips from several famous movies, such as Apocalypse Now, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, Commando and Top Gun. I wonder if the reason he claimed this was because he didn't get the studio's permission to use these audio clips. That would explain why the in-game music didn't include them.
