How to activate automated repair in the factory and ensure a continuous power supply.

I want to download *Red Alert 2: Total Destruction*—one that is modifiable. The reason is that when I tried to edit it via the `rules.ini` file, the game broke (some units and buildings disappeared, leaving the game severely incomplete). I also need the black screen issue fixed. Additionally, whenever I press the Esc key to bring up the main interface (side menu), the game crashes!
