    Soviets passive

    When I change anything from {General} in Rulesmd.ini for YR,Soviets will become passive and they wont sent attacks.Whats wrong? I`m using TibEd,Xcc INI editor and Notepad.

    It will be Tiberian Twilight.It must be... Go to hell with EA... They are doing xxxxx like NHL and they won´t do with Westwood any new CnC!!! They have so good story... Itś one sad story about ruling of that xxxxx Warcraft!I´m now in computer class where all students are playing Warcraft skirmish and they DON´T know,what´s CnC!!! Sorry for my english...
