Yes, I have tried the latest 9.0c, I have reinstalled the latest drivers as well on every debug and reinstall... and obtained the same results. I am at the point now I am having the card replaced. I know no other choice at this moment.... On another Note: Anyone ever contacted NVidia's support? good grief script readers for sure

I am running Win2k, Serive Pack 3, DirectX 8.1, Nividia FX5200 128mb card, 1.5 gig of ddr pc 3200, AMD Athlon 3.2. I am not a serious gamer, but I do mike my one game to work correctly. When I enter the game and start playing I get streaks all through the game like things are flying past me or at me.. I have debugged, formatted severasl times to day trying to fix the issue thinking it was my directx. I have tried this setup with DirectX 7.0, 8.0, 8.1, 9.0b. The scenerios in this paragraph were with Service Pack 4 installed. To no avail I have not reached any results. I was running the OS XP Pro, if you can call that an OS, low level formatted, and repartitioned and went back to Win2k. Any takers for what I might have missed?
