OK....NOW i regret not getting C&C 4. Zombies in C&C = pwnage.

Me personally, im very interested in the lore behind the mod, but im sure you dont want to spoil anything for the masses and i dont want it to get spoiled so i will wait. Patiently until the summer lol.

Ive got to say this is probably my most wanted Mod for C&C 3. The amount of work and the extra mile these guys & gals (not sure if there is any gals on the team, but to be safe) have gone will make this Mod seem much more then a mod and more like an expansion pack that EA should have done. Im excited as hell to see a "summer" possible release date for this, you can bet i'll be there day one to download it. From the looks of it this is going to be absolutely amazing, just like All Stars is (my favorite Gen/ZH mod).

Yeah i did notice the art work was like really different then the first one. Not sure why but i couldnt stand the art work (not that it wasnt good, cause lord knows i cant draw for crap. Just personally i dont think it fits the story or the universe at all.) of second and third. The first episode is the one that personally fits the story and gave the universe the best look so far.

Lets hope it will survive this, for the older fans at least...the new breed theyve dragged in might be proud of this abomination but many old timers arnt. I read theres really no more C&C for the next what 5 years? (Correct me if im wrong.) Hope they take that time to actually develop a C&C worthy of the name. Be nice to see what Tiberium was going to be about....*hint hint* EA, C&C shooter (and no i dont mean next year...take your time, actually DEVELOP the game). I know ill get lynched for saying so, but be awesome to see C&C from a FPS view again..

Lol Luk3us epic picto story there. Ah, i cant help but to feel sorry for everyone who has actually bought that game. Few days ago i traded in my PS3 copies of Dragon Age and Awakenings because of yet another EPIC EA fail that is Awakenings, saw C&C 4 sitting on the shelf, and just sighed. Im glad i listened to my gut and didnt buy it, sure i miss the end of the series, but from everything ive read, im not missing much of anything. EDIT - Guess Hitler isnt too pleased either. Finally man, you've seen the light! Good to see a response other then its 2010 get the internet and get over it, or the like. The minute they patch that crap ill be first one in line to get my copy of C&C 4, but until then, boycott for me. Yes Sonic i can almost 100% bet you it'll happen considering BFBC2 has been out a week and they have yet to fix the server issues for that game. Thought thats why they had the Beta but who knows...perhaps that was Alpha and i paid 60$ again to beta test another crap EA product that will remain in beta.

Meh im a little miffed to see the series turned into a comic...but whatever, ill watch a few and see how it goes i guess.

Should we even hope that the servers for C&C 4 will survive a year? The team seems to be dropping off like flies... Sad though, good luck Raj!

The problem with EA and their promises are they are worth about as much as the bird droppings sitting on my family car. Saying the game has no DRM is utter and complete BS, and Sonic sorry man but i dont care if its 2030 and we are all useing VR goggles to play C&C Red Alert 78, i will expect a Single Player portion of the game to be just that. Single Player. Not only that, there are a VERY few select games that require you to be online at all times, outside of Steam purchased games and obviously MMO's, so that man is not a excuse. A requirement to have a internet connection is total douchebaggery on their part, and again a slap in every C&C fans face. I dont play C&C for the Multiplayer, i could give a rats ass about my online stats, and for them to say its for uploading stats and keeping track of unlocks is a complete out and out lie, and because of that fact, i will not be purchasing the game until they fix what they broke. I have agreed time and time again the game looks awesome, but im refusing to play into EA and their BS games any longer. My week old copy of BF2142 will continue to be a digital coaster, because their Customer Support Reps are totaly fecking idiots and im tired of waiting for them to fix my game. Just look at the console Battlefield 1943, that was supposed to be console only i might add.....almost a year since release and no new content or a patch to fix the problems with that game, yet they are now porting it to PC, which appears to have MORE content...? Yeah. Once again customers getting shafted by EA.

I still play alot of LAN games with my family. All ranging from SWAT 4, Civ 4, to Neverwinter Nights. LAN games are not last years thing. Alot of people still use the feature, and its a slap in every consumers face for these companies not to include it. Take what you can and give nothing back should be the new slogan for these companies. Sonic ill agree that the SP Story does interest me and looks awesome, but im not going to pay 50 bucks for a Online Only C&C. EA lost my money when they announced that Anti-Piracy gimmick disguised as a fun feature. Even though i can bet anyone 100 bucks that the pirates will have that crap cracked in under 24 hours which is a real shame for those that pay for it. Once again paying customers get the shaft while pirates get the best features. I'll wait until the game is in the bargin bin to get it.

Some parts of what ive seen from this game does look incredibly boring then theres other parts that look awesome. Im still on the fence about the game myself, my dad has already preordered it though. I can understand them wanting to do something new with the series but to take it to this extreme is just asinine. Theyve almost completely removed what made C&C fun, sure its been done since 1995 but would we all be fans of the series if we were getting tired of the old formula? The whole crawler thing just seems to make the game play slow, and considering the Warcraft 3 like unit cap now, i dont know, i just hope its a good game for the series sake. Id hate to see the last game in my favorite universe a flop, though its really what ive come to expect from EA. Yeah that last clip, wow he was getting owned, didnt bring his crawler with him.

Ah, much better. I have not seen the new one in any videos that i recall, and i dont really follow the game except through CNCNZ. Glad to see he gott a make over though, looks 100x better.

Got to agree there, and dont forget the Nod Crayon Walker of Doom. But the FMV's do look pretty good, and the story from what ive gather so far, sounds awesome, but im still skeptical.

If they do give a back story expect it to be some quick 5 minute write up.

Think im going to have to agree with Luk3us, ill just wait for the final product. Ive never played any of the past C&C's for the multiplayer and im not going to start with this one. Unforunately i play C&C for the story, which the past few games have been pretty crappy, but being a player since 1995 ive got to play them. This one ill wait for retail and get it then. A multiplayer beta really doesnt interest me in the slightest.

I suppose its acceptable...the overall model looks almost identical to the KW model. But i do have to agree with the laser thing...oh well let EA do their thing and try to recover whatever dignity the Tiberium-verse had before TW.

I dont know about yall but this game is starting to look sexier and sexier. Even though i loathe the idea of "you HAVE" to be online to play singleplayer, pure curiosity is sparking and making me want to buy it.

Would have to agree there as well. As far as which Avatar has real crayons...id have to say the far right one xD or the left....oh gosh i cant tell...they both look so alike! *sarcasm*

Man ive got to say....that thing is ugly as sin. Though tbh most, if not all, of the C&C4 models look like crap. I hope to god they rework that mechanical tree with cannons. Thing looks so stiff....and top heavy....

Man wish i had a computer to run Unreal 3, id totally pick it up just for RenX. Looks absolutely amazing, ill just have to wait and see if they'll release it for the PS3 version once they get things squared away for you PC folks.

Agreed. Not sure why they choose to Axe a piece of the story and then serve it up to the pre-order boys and girls. Sounds pretty shady...everything else looks kool from a preorder point of view. Just really cant get over that exclusive SP mission. I mean wow....way to shaft people..

Wonder what happens when EA decide to pull down the servers for the game? One hell of a expensive coaster sitting there.... Sure its unlikely it will happen the first..year or three, but in five years when the game might be called a classic and EA decide their spending too much money keeping them up versus the number of actual players and they pull the servers down what then?
