How do you turn things off and on on the video card

Where is the best place to get the newest drivers????????

I have the drivers that came with the video card. I tried updating but there isn't really any difference.

I just built a new computer and now when I play more than two players or gameplay gets fierce my computer gets choppy or says serious error has occured. Please someone help I love playing the new Zero Hour but all of a sudden it got unbearably slow. I have:: 400 watt case 768mb of corsair DDR ram Intel 2.4c Radeon 9200 se video card 160 gig Hard drive Every other game works flawlessly. Even when I turn Generals down to the lowest graphis the problem still is there.Please help me
