Tiberium Wars in comparison with other C&C games?

I'm really not sure what to make of Tiberium Wars since playing it before years ago? Back then I didn't really like it as maybe because I'm not really used to the 3D EA C&C games but as time has gone by, it's definintely better than C&C4 and Red Alert 3, but does it fit along with the classic C&C games made by Westwood Studios? In other words, is C&C3 actually a good game worth trying out again? -
The second GDI mission doesn't work on mine, using The First Decade. Anyone else having the problem?

Playing Command & Conquer on the Internet

I know you can play Red Alert on GameSpy but what I don't understand is "How come GameSpy doesn't do C&C?" Does anyone know any alterative places where you can play C&C on the Internet other then Westwood Online?
