Japanese - We are their defense. We protect them. I think we signed a treaty after WWII that they COULDN'T build a military but we'd protect them. I don't think they have a defense system either. South Koreans - They don't have that kind of defense system. Besides, you just can't 'shoot' a nuclear missile down. Usually there are tons of just decoy ones and crap and our "Star Wars" defense system isn't ready yet either. Nor has it been tested. =/ well if you had paid any attention to the news you would of seen that the U.S has sold the patriot missile defence system to the Japanese and mayb the south koreans have somethin similar and dont forget the 29th parallel i think is there u think they wouldnt have patriots? and u can shoot down a nuke u just target the missile and launch another 1 at it and it blows up in the sky

there's no way they r gonna be able to launch a nuke missile at the U.S from North Korea because either the Japanese Chinese or the South Koreans will shoot any missiles the North Koreans launch
