The Core defender... it just should be as a last resort or something, in the beginning of the CABAL campaign. As intro you see GDI/Nod screwing up your base, then you have to destroy theirs with your newly made core defender.

That's not what I meant. Sometimes it somehow screwes up the colors, which has nothing to do with the color scheme.

 

For example, it made the health bar blue instead of green, and when it supposed to turn red/orange, it turned purple.

A disruptor does not have RPG-like firepower. The disruptor is not an advanced titan.

Nope although it has some bugs (somethings the colours are screwing up) it runs fine with my xp pro edition.

Cabal Obelisk ain't that powerful, a pack of disruptors own it. But then again, a pack of disruptors own practically everything. And the Obelisk of Darkness should be in the game, a real cool air defense, and not too powerful if you make it cost about $2000.

I usually fill up a BF with 3 GIs and 2 GGIs or 2 GIs and 3 GGIs. I sometimes put in a sniper too. A virus if I have access to the Yuri tech tree

Yup. It simply would be best if it's an AI, which hardly cheats but just has a high AI.

 

And the normal campaign agianst the AI, including movies and stuff, but then like the world domination mode. That you can actually lose territory.

Nice one w555, but green isn't a good color for lasers. Use orange, or blue, or red, or yellow for laser. It will looks better. Green Laser is just looks more like a toxic based laser weaponry

 

Using black, dark green or dark blue makes it look evil

Yes and you could throw in CABAL, Yuri and the Scrin while you're at it.

Simply change all compatibility to windows 95 and download the xp patch.

GDI has better attack stuff. Nod is cooler and has better defence stuff.

 

Positive NOD things:

- good defenses: obelisk and laser

- all superweapons

- cyborg commando

- banshee (although orca bomber is better)

- artillery (better than juggernaut at first, but made weaker in FS skirmish)

- APC is subterrain

- Devil's Tongue is cheap and subterrain

- cyborg reaper

- rocket infantry

 

Negative NOD things:

- cyborg: cool but too expensive

- tick tank - weak

- apache - of no real use

- chem missile requires tiberium veins harvesting and is in fact weaker than the multimissile

- NOD sam requires more power than GDI component tower + sam upgrade

- obelisk of darkness unbuildable

- no laser infantry like in Renegade

 

 

Positive GDI things:

- Ion Cannon (weaker than the multimissile but unblockable)

- Firestorm Defence

- Ghost Stalker

- Drop pods are so good when targeted right

- Titan: can shoot over walls, shoots directly (no annoying projectiles like tick tank)

- MK II

- disruptor

- APC has more armour

- Orca Bomber

- at times the juggernaut is better (especially when taking out large stuctures, since it's less accurate than the artillery) ans faster than its counterpart

 

Negative GDI things:

- Umagon

- Jumpjet Infantry

- Crappy defenses and too expensive (RPG too expensive, Vulcan more expensive than laser)

- upgrades are annoying

- wolverine too expensive

- grenade soldiers exploding

- no personal ion cannon infantry (or something) as in Renegade

Every c&c AI cheated in buildspeed as far as I know. Also keep in mind that AI's build their buildings instantly, they don't have to place it. And what has been really weak of the AI, if you destroyed their building, place a tank on a spot where the building used to be, he won't build the building again.

In single player, yes.

 

In multiplayer, no. You can only pick up spawn wepaons. Really cool when you're the stealth black hand and you pick up a sniper rifle 8)
