Select run this program in compatibility mode for windows98/windows me step 3.your all done run the program Noob 3x it will Blow ur mind

It says it needs to install visual runtime files i got every frickin visual runtime file service pack there is installled them over and over what wrong is it because im not on the account that i installed yuris revenge and ra 2 in?
