    Rulesmd.ini Cant fins that file the only one i can find is ra2.ini What am i soupossed to do in the file?

    Hello, I have one downlaoded a mod that enabled me to build presidents, limos, policecars, secretserivce and so on. Does somebody know were I can download that one? plz help:)
