Ahh the avengers.... Duh Had forgotten about them. Infact, I had never used them before :oops: On the third attempt I had him. Just had to make sure the first 2 - 3 avengers survived the first lot of air attacks. Thanks for mentioning that J-Fire. And thanks for the support fella's. I love you guys.

Damn dude. I tried getting the strategy center and doing something... but by the time thats done his attacks have started. The best I could do was get an airfield and build 2 auroras. At that point he was flattening my base and I was out of money. You need a butload of rocket defence just too partialy hold him off for an extra minute before getting wasted. I'm still scratching my head at how you can do what you did EDIT: Just gave it a go to prove it to myself one last time. Had 2 dozers going. Built the one power station, the supply depot, the airfield and another supply depot (remember there are 2 dozers working so no lost time), then the sratagey center. Had one plane half built when his attacks started... All over in less than a minute after that. So I'm still lost as to how you mannaged. Even if I pump every cent I make into rocket troops that only stalls his attack for an extra 1 - 2 minutes before I have lost everything. But investing the money in those troops leaves no money for the other goodies you mentioned. I've tried all those tatics with one base, several bases, using the town buildings with rocket troops and well, you get the point... I'll just leave this as one of those mysteries I'll never figure out. I take my hat off to you sir. shag.

After 2 days of playing the same level over and over in zero hour I have given up. I've tried evry damn tatic I can think of which leads me to think this particular senario is unbeatable... Game set to hard, challenge, mission2 US super weapon general vs US airforce general. Have any of you tried that mission before? Within the first hour you will have made countless attempts and wishing you could get your hands on the b@st@rd who designed the mission :wink: Seriously, If you haven't tried it, give it a go. I'd like to know if someone ever does beat that damn general using the super weapon general. Best I have mannaged is to take out most of his aircraft and 2 of his airfields. He has however by that stage taken out all of my bases While still having his income and several other airfields :roll: shag.
