you think that's impressive? XD i haven't turned on my mobile phone in about half a decade XDDD all i want is a nice, simple portable phone that i can carry around... be able to top it up and only use it for emergencies. i don't want to have to make a certain number of calls a month, otherwise my chip or account gets cancelled. screw that D: what's the point in having a phone only to use for emergencies if you're being forced to make at least 5 calls a month. and who would i call? i don't -know- anybody. there's my mom and my aunt's family. and there's no way in hell i'd voluntarily call them >_> but no. phone companies won't do that. it's either get a top up and make a minimum of so many calls a month or go on a monthly bill and get heavily ripped off for never actually calling anyone >_> nowadays phones are just an excuse to eat up as much money as humanly possible... anything you want to do, you have to pay for. want to make a call? 5p per minute. want to make a text? 1p per message. want a game? £5 per game. want a kickass add-on you saw on an advert on tv? 50p followed by an additional 50p every day giving you crud you don't want until you phone them up to cancel at a premium rate number ; and let's not forget msn! to type on the famously free msn, you have to pay! and it gets worse, sometimes if you're on the pc chatting to the phone -you- have to pay to talk to them D: like on aim/aol... if you want to send a phone a message you have to pay for it yah that's my lil phone rant for now. safe to say i'm not a big fan of them. if i wanted to play games, i'd do it on my pc. if i -had- to do it elsewhere, i'd do it on a professional handheld gaming system like a PSP or NDS. designed for gaming and you can actually -hold- the damn thing instead of having to awkwardly pinch the phone between your fingertips and poke at the buttons with a toothpick. what the heck is with phones being so small? are people shrinking? is it really necessary to have a phone that is so small you press four buttons everytime you try to click a number, and to see the screen you have to use a magnifying glass? who is the DUMBASS that thought that would be a good idea? they should make phones like that the size of NDS's. if it doesn't fit in your pocket, don't complain about wanting extra functions other then just calling people >_> all mobile phones have done is caused thousands upon thousands of children worldwide to fail their english exams and create the "happy slap" fad (for those who don't know, happy slapping is when some little thug gets one of his friends to attack an innocent stranger, sometimes just hitting them, sometimes group-beating them until they're laying on the floor bleeding, all the while thug #1 is busy filming it. then they show the video to all their friends to prove how cool they are. it's quite very illegal here now but it doesn't stop the little brats. i recently discovered a video of my cousin and his friends participating in a happy slap attack. i've been seriously contemplating turning him in. at least, i would if it wouldn't result in -me- getting attacked, probably in my own house) okie. this time i'm REALLY done with my rant. sorry. phones just really REALLY wind me up >_> especially when you get people yakking really loudly on the bus and saying things like "YEAH I'LL BE THERE SOON. i think it would be an awesome idea to have multi-choices o.o but that would be a -hell- of a lot of work o_o like, extreme levels... i mean if you're talking about a different scenario or mission with every answer... and you have at least one or two questions before every mission... just think about how complex that would get @.@ i mean you're talking multiples here. in the very least you're doubling it each time. at max you're quadrupling it... the actors will be thankful because in general they get paid by the work and time they put into each scene... with a zillion live action vids they'd make a lot of money... but it would be a lot of time into the game missions. i mean probably most of the time it would just be simple things like choosing how you approach a mission (do you want to attack from the sea, air invasion or special forces? etc etc) but occassionally you might be asked a larger question like "do you want to invade poland, australia or ireland?" XD and that would result in different missions... it would be utterly amazing if they pulled it off... and there would be so many replay choices o.o; it would probably turn out to be one of the best RTS's ever made for that reason alone... but if they did it using say, the RA2 units and graphics or the tiberium sun units (with either RA2 level graphics or 3D. though 3D might take it down a notch in fun...) then it would be utterly amazing o_o
