yeah - but i miss being able to command a platoon of dragon tanks through a city not knowing where demo traps, gla mobs or jarmen kell are while clearing buildings

I could now delev into the philisopical 'what is good and bad' debate here but im not going to - the bad guys are who you make them to be - you may see the USA as bad for wanting to impose liberty or the russians as bad for wanting to rule everything - its a matter of perspective.

We have another case of 'six months earlier' syndrome I think - if it would have been released a lot earlier it would have done a lot better. I'm contemplating buying it but don't know whether its worth my precious money.

Smells like a tall story to me. The fact you had to use a mass tank rush is not really a tactic, its a pitance.

I like games where I can play my music list - I played the blitzkrieg mod before with Pink floyd playing on my media player in the background - it was very mellow and very relaxing...despite the fascist hordes trying to break my defenses.

Search for the mod Contra 1.004 - its got a drone commander on it. Theyre a really bad side but they are good if you're playing in a very dense map where you'll find yourself going up aginast lightning strikes from nowheres - its a pina when you're playing as China...but the napalm general just burns them all.

Sounds good Does anyone know the whereabouts of a good urban map?

Cheater hackers suck arse. I'm still to find a decent game of YR or RA2 online because everyone seems to perform a noob tactic like a billion terror drones to wreck my units followed by kirovs to destroy me or whatever the allies equivalent is.

Because you're facing scud launchers means hes got a palace up - which means you should also have a apalce up. This means you have the ability for things like the battle bus - use them. Battle bus with a load of rocket troops in is a surefire way of stunting any sort of tank based network rush. If you find your bus dying then because it becomes a bunker, yo9ur enemy has to kill it twice. when the bunker dies, the people come out and get a rocket off before they die - this should kill his strategy in its tracks.

I'm sure he'll find hell down one of these holes he keeps jumping into. *phones in for a bunker buster bomb* Anyway, I now feel old for just running my many gigs of music in media player in the background while blowing up numerous GLA tunnel networks. *grins widely as the GLA tunnel networks get cleared by the bombs*

Its balanced basically - but you need to be able to exploit what yopu see at weakness - the USA fragile nature, the GLA being unable to keep a sustained assault up or the Chinese lack of speed when deploying - find a weakness and exploit it for everything its worth...its that or you just tank rush...

If you want to name it after prophetic apocalyptic stuff you'd be better naming it the Wells Tank or something.

A tomahawk general? - I think thats a very bad idea because of how undiverse it is. Napalm General is a must though - add in a drone commander for the USA and some sort of assault orientated GLA commander and you ahve three more very good generals!

I put Malcolm Granger - airforce general - between his comabt chinooks and the best basic plane in the game - you've got something that really sums up 'shock and awe' - I'm yet to be beaten while playing as ihm because of the superb firepower he supplies. Now if you added General Leang and General Ironside to this arguement it woukd be very different...

Being frozen to death in a lake of really cold water - technically, you've got a chance of coming abck if they find you and have the technology many years down the line.

I'll not argue with anyone about the pure genius behind some of the books released after the films. they are fabulous and deserve recoggnition but creating a new film may be a bit too much...

Did you notice what they put in the place of the Detention Center? A second defensive structure bec ause the USA patriot missiles were just too week!
