Avengers laser should have done some sort of minor damage to infantry IMO. The severe lack of anything vehicle based with a decent firing rate that eliminates infantry was really an issue for the USA IMO.

I don't know about anyone else, but atmosphere enhances performance on C&C games, and the music seems to be an intergral part of that.

You're exploiting a tactical advantage on the battlefield, if people can't handle that then they should try and outwit you. What you describe is what is referred to as suppression fire, an all too common tactic that is very sound to use in RTS games, and has been my saving grace in many a game against the AI or a human player.

Stealth Comanches can normally do it on their own unless you have a wry human player using the wonderful tech upgrades available to each side. These units though, normally mean you have THE assault for base destroying coming, so don't be dishearated if you lose.
