Sweet, somewhere to showcase some art stuff! These aren't C&C related but there are no rules about posting non-related C&C stuff. These are pretty new... I did them in the last 2 months or so since I've had this itch to try Digital Paintings before going to animation school. They range from cute stuff to cool stuff. So without further ado here they are. They are posted from the oldest to the newest one which isn't finished yet soo you can post some comments on them if you wish. Yea I know, Big Topic. Another inconsistant post from me This time I made a 3D airplane model for my modeling reel. This is part A of my reel: non-organic modeling. I wanted to submit it for Planet C&C's contest but I never finished in time, due to another project and I didn't want to rush it so now it's far enough that I can show you a work in progress. I based it upon C&C's Orca, an F-14 , a Harrier and an Apache Longbow. It is a multi-purpose aircraft that has Swing-wing and VTOL capabilities. Since I was inspired by the Orca, I am calling it the Orca Falcon. Half Jet Fighter and Attack Helicopter, it is capable to go into space with the help of the main engine turbine and twin plasma boosters ... but since it's a prototype, it can only stay there for a short amount of time. Of course, it's missing details like the stabilizer but it is a WIP after all... I'll keep you guys updated! There you have it, C&C welcome! Wow, been awhile I've been here but I've done something that I am so proud of I must show it to everyone. I have modeled the classic 1989 Batmobile designed by Anton Furnst in high rez 3D. I hope I made you proud Mr. Furnst. So seeing nothing's happening much in the art thread, I'll inject some new life into it. The car is for all of you to drool over. I did for hours C&C welcome! My thoughts exactly. As for preference, I enjoy RA's soundtrack better. TS, even though it fit with the overall feel of the game... it was a little low key for me. Lacks "Pump" Up" style music. Just not as good as the originals. I didn't care much for RA2 or Renegades soundtrack except for a couple of songs. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed them and they were good but not that memorable. Generals is your usual run of the mill war music. 1- RA Fav: Hell March, Face the Enemy1, Backstab 1.0000000001- TD Fav: Demolition, Just Do it Up 3- TS Fav: NOD Crush, Killing Machine 4- RA2 Fav: None actually. Yea I didn't like the HM remix 5- Renegade Fav: Stomp 6- Generals Fav: None

I think she means simple logos on black backgrounds (ie nod logo, C&C title logo, GLA logo). I was looking through a lot of sites for the US logo in Generals but I haven't found any. I need one for my wallpaper. :?

I don't have much of a favorite developer either but if I were to choose one it would be Ubi Soft Montreal Blizzard would be another because of their respect towards their community. And I think them to be the most consistant in quality products. Anybody know what happened to Eric Yeo's company?

yes i know but it for a friend's birthday which is in 2006... heh, and besides, it's not done yet so officially it'll be finished in april 2006

My first C&C was actually my first computer game that I tried, and it was Tiberian Dawn. Of course it was a pirated version that my friend had on floppy disks and we installed it with pkunzip (remember that?). The first one I bought officially was Red Alert... I eventually bought every other C&C game out there (except Sole Survivor and Renegade). Tiberian Dawn was a lot more fun with its kick ass soundtrack

To sum it up, it was a good movie on its own, the BEST Batman movie and a GREAT Comic Book Movie if not the Best. Personally I think it beats every other Comic Book Movie out there... It's dark and has a touch of realism. Everything is explained in a manner that would make you believe it could actually happen. As for Gotham, you can feel the desperate nature that Gotham is in. It's a rich city built upon a realm of criminality which owns half of Gotham and the rich are afraid to stand up to them. If you hated the look of the Batmobile, you'll love it when you see it in action. The Bat suit will diappoint some fans since it's made out of rubber BUT like the Batmoblie, it fits into context and you'll probably appreciate it. No bat nipples this time around. The actors did a great job in their roles. Christian Bale made Batman a terrifying character to watch and turned Bruce Wayne into a multilayered person. The PERFECT Batman. Liam Neeson as Ducard was awesome as Bruce Wayne's mentor... He is relentless yet filled with wisdom. Something that Qui Gon didn't have. Michael Caine is again awesome, he is sarcastic, funny and a great father figure for Bruce in the movie just like in the comics. Props to him. The villain Scarecrow is a psycho. Nuff said. I could go on naming every other characters in the movie but that that would take too long but props to the smaller roles. They helpped give credibility to the movie. Even though Katie Holmes is hot, I'm not a big fan of the love angle in the movie. I'm a little disappointed that a lot of people aren't flocking to the theaters like they did with Spider-Man but I guess "Batman and Robin" is the reason why.
