Well really it depends which host you're with and what their policy is.As I'm a nice bloke I always try and contact customers before having to take their website offline, although in our TOS it does state that we can suspend a website without warning for such offences.

Well take Wife Swap for example; if you watch any of the british version from the last year or so it's very much "let the actions speak for themselves" attitude towards presenting the show. But in the american version there's all whooshy firey text, loud announcers, teasers - it's very "in your face" I suppose it's the american way of doing things; big, loud and bold

I work for a hosting company, and this week we were contacted by id's legal peeps because someone on one of our customer's forums had posted some links to Doom3 torrents! They threatened to go over our heads and have the datacentre take the entire server offline if we didn't remove the page! Which would obviously have been disasterous for business! So if you torrent, think twice about linking to it, you may get someone into a lot of trouble

Well I think all American news channels are crap, but I suppose that's because of the way TV is on your side of the Atlantic.

AMDs are basically more efficient so a 2500+ will get the same performace running at 1.4Ghz as a P4 running at 2.5Ghz. IMO there's little difference between the two, a processor is a processor. I'd go for whichever is cheaper; no need to spend more money on a processor than you need to, that way you have more money to spend on important things like Video Cards.

People complain about it not being realistic, then you go and suggest something like 30 seconds of flight :roll:

I've only ever bought one thing; a scart cable for my Dreamcast. It arrived in like 2 days, didn't work so I sent it back and recieved a free replacement "consolecorner" is a very good seller! My dad buys/sells a few things on eBay and hasn't had any problems.

64 bit processors are a bit of an unknown at the moment, I'm sure they do cause problems when playing C&C as people with 64 bit processors seem to have the problems. OK, there are peoiple with nornmal processors who have the problem as well, but there have always been them.
