I've never had to deal with the police, but I think they're pretty good in the UK. Unfortunately they have too much paper work, they have to go back and fill in forms every time they arrest someone. UK emergency number is 999

Try reducing the load CNCNZ puts on the server, I know a lot of forum features are integrated into the frontpage, perhaps loosing some of those (at least temporarally) would reduce strain on the SQL of the server

I wouldn't mind if it was 2d or 3d, but there's no way they'd regress graphically - that just isn't possible. Hopefully they tweak the engine and gameplay to make it faster though.
