Moniter size doesn't make any difference, only how much you're willing to spend. I've got a 15" LCD and that was £200 which is the max I am willing to spend on a moniter, my 17" regular moniter is fine also. the problem with larger moniters is that sometimes the graphics look a bit grainey and you have to sit further away.

It is common, but updating vid card drivers usually fixes the problem. Try reinstalling the game.

There are no single player expansions at this time. If you were to download a user-made map, some of them do have bots on, you could set up a LAN game with 1 player (make sure it's not dedicated) and then play by yourself.

You can force-fire the Fire Base the same way you can force-fire every unit in the rest of the game. To do this select the Fire Base and hold Ctrl and click somewhere.

I played the demo (I ordered the full game off the net but for some reason they didn't let me pay for it ) and it's amazing! Halo's OK, and gthe levels are incredibly massive but it is kinda slow paced. Metroid Prime is better than Halo IMO.

Download this: http://www.cncnz.com/files/all_cnc/utils.shtml#xcc then run it. Click File -> Found -> Generals -> music.big. Righrt click on the track you want (double click to play it) and then click extract.

It's usually mods or hacks/trainers that cause this. Repairing it should fix gthe problems.

I think you're being too ambitions and doing something that's not possible to do. Try increasing the values bit-by-bit.
