i just bought generals and zero hour and it wont let me make an acount it says the password i entered is incorrect. but how? i dont even have an account. and it says if i want to create an account hit create account. so i enter my email my name and the password i want and hit create account and i also fill in all my age stuff and it says password is incorrect. does anyone know what to do?

yea uh i saw how to skip the logo my putting it in the shortcut destination for generals but it doesnt work for zero hour. how would i be able to skip the EA logo in the beginning for zero hour? its like 0.5 frames per 10 seconds. it tajes me about 10 mins to get through it and pressing esc doesnt work
