If you are trying to install from a DVD drive, it may not work. If you have a second cd drive, try it. Another problem may be if you are running SP2 for Windows XP.

I bought C&C Gold off ebay maybe 2 months ago and now I'm wondering why I never got around to it years ago. I know at some point I had played the demo, but never bought the full game. I don't like to play on-line games much any more, I guess because of what I had to deal with from playing public games of Starcraft, so I really miss C&C not having a skirmish option. I've played through the campaigns and the Covert Ops and now I'm playing some missions from a map pack I found at the C&C File Zone. Great game.
