Thank you guys, but I managed to work it out. I use GameSpy and it is working.

But I've got version 1.006 and I don't have Yuri's Revenge at all.

I have a problem on RA2 (Version: 1.006): Every time I try to launch the internet game option the game says that I most download an update ("An upgrade is required for this game. Do you want to download it now?"). I click OK and I see this message: "Connecting...". Afterwards it says: "Downloading 1 file..". Then, after approximately 15 seconds I get this message: "The download failed. Please check your connection and try again later." My internet connection is open and my firewall configuration is fine. My friend has the same problem and we couldn't find a solution over the internet. Can somebody help us? Thanks in advance.
