Nope, coincidence. Lucky? Perhaps, but we had one stationary PC and two laptops here and it worked on all of them, no problem. It's just the LAN funktion. Does anybody have experience with RA1 over LAN on XP? Any specific IPX settings? Now that it's running on xp we've come too far to give up!

Hi! I managed to get RA1 working on XP, though I did NOT install the XP-fix since this says it disabled network play. Patch 303 was installed. If we try to start a game we don't see each other in the lobby. IPX works with other games like StarCraft. So what's going wrong? Please help!
