Oh, nevermind. I figured it out. I had to enter it as 020000. Now, how do I make it so that I can build a Laser Tank for the normal USA faction? I edited the side and prerequistics, but it's still not working.

That's what I thought. But when I edit it to 20,000 for 20 seconds the time remains at the default of 6 minutes.

How I edit the charge times for stuff like a MOAB, A10 strike, main super weapons, etc. using TibEd 2?
