Its alright. Its not such a bad thing changing logos, but I still the the original is prettier. Tiberium Wars is such a generic throw away title, but that being said, Im not a huge fan of TT as a title either. That being said, I dont really care what they call it. Cant judge books by covers and all that crap...

I liked the dynamics of Dune 2 (!) with its 3 way everyone hates everyone way of playing. Itd be sweet so see a C&C game with 3 factions and a risk-style singleplayer campaign where you decided where to attack as well as commanding the battles.

itd be quite difficult making us happy with a book on the storyline. they certainly couldnt write it as a regular piece of fiction. i believe that the medium is certainly the games.an accompanying handbook pointing out all the key facts and things we may have missed would be better than a striaght out storybook. maybe written in the context of a history book?

angels and demons is good. all dan browns books were good. alot of people hate them and say its all conspiracy theory and ****, but they all seem to forget it IS fiction. Hes a clever writer for sure. Didnt read the others, I liked the books, but Im not gonna bust my balls trying to take sides with religious issues.

Mark down two agrees for Bware - TS infantry = badass. Right mix of futuristic and realistic - Its only artwork. By the time the little fullahs 15 pixels high, Im sure hes gonna look like normal old grunt =)

You have officers driving LAVs? or are you a crew commander? I got to have a play in the Lav25s in Bosnia, but they would let us drive cos us Kiwis were too rugged! NZ recently bought us some LAVIIIs, next gen, not amphib though. Awesome fun to drive. Great little things, although some of the old light infantry dogs dont like the change to being mounted. By trade I am a Artillery Forward Observer Ack, and Ive used it quite a few times to call in fire. Awesome tools, the thermal is so impressive, especially watching the bombs explode. By day, arty looks kind of dull, but thru Thermal, you see all the shrapnel and really notice how much damage it does.

I dont think there were any Green Zones in the TS worlds Maybe the tacitus has unlocked the ability to reverse the Tiberium overspread, thus green zones being made. It fits in with how ea are saying GDI are trying to convert more and more of the earth in Green zones. Anyone find it slightly ironic that the healthy zones are green/blue zones - the same color as Tib?

Personal opinion? Naval and Air Force and maybe even artillery units should be 'specials'. THey should have a presence in the game, but as commander assets, similar to what an Infantry/Armoured officer would have at his/her disposal. That being said, Im a gunner at heart, so builable artillery would make me a happy man too =D Ubique

yeah, that shoulder thing kind of annoys me. the soldiers arms clearly dont fit into the suits arms and what is the point of having an exoskeleton/suit when you dont use your arms as normal?

What looks **** about it? That preview gives me geekwood. Things I like: + Green Zones! (Too much gaming on desolate maps is depressing) + Actual research about Tiberium + Storyline delivery sounds good. + Summits to listen to the fans + GDI being the underdogs + C&C! Dislike: - Mechs (One of the few flaws of TS) - Big old exoskeletons on the infantry (Small ones - fine)

Amen to that brother. RA2 completely took the piss out of my beloved universe, and screwed the awesome RA1 out of being part of the decent Tiberian timeline. Man, so good to see the new game, Im praying for a return to the old pre TS days of the community.

Good call. Thats always been something thats annoyed me, even back in the old days. When C&C sites were reporting on Nox and so forth. Rift had the idea following Westwood, but with the demise, its all a bit patchy holding it all together. It wouldnt be such a bad idea that someone should set up a Westwood fansite again, following all of the games that are EA/Petroglyph etc.. ...Not that Id visit, Im only C&C Hardcore nowadays =P

Man, its a while since Ive been in these here parts. The sites looking great Sonic! Im pretty impressed with the C&C Decade pack coming out. I lost most my discs many moons ago, so itll be sweet to grab the game again.

This is a bit of a funny one ay. On one hand, why would you celebrate a bunch of previous games with renders of equipment which never really appeared in any of the games? On the other hand, its a little too subtle to even be a hint at all, and they do resemble the Ion Cannon and Stealth Tank.
