I dunno, I kinda like that earth can be saved from complete desolation ala the TS atmosphere. I certainly think that red and yellow zones should still be TS-like, but itd be a nice conclusion to the end of the series *eventually* - that earth returns to relative normal. Kinda of like HL: Blue Shift how you finally get to just walk away back to normality. The tech I may miss a bit (banshees), but Im sure that is where the Scrin may come in.

22. Dont play games a hell of a lot, but put in a token effort a coupla nights a week (BF2 and been doing TFD start to finish), depends if Im shagged out from work/study or whatever. I dont think Ill do it as much, but Ill still be a gamer when Im older.

I totally agree. I loved TS, but I sure did miss certain things (dropship loadouts before each mission spring to mind), which were caused by the community knowing too much.

if you read the manual, it reckons Nod came from a whole bunch of smaller terrorist factions, including "the IRA, Islamic Jihad and Khmer Rouge". I think killing Nadia kind of fits it with Kings explanation of how Kane could defect from Nod, and be a part of the Scrin or whatever. I dont think thats the case, but it certainly fits.

In defence of the people in cat a - its important to form an opinion, EA is going to be needing those to give the community a great game. In defence of the people in cat b - some people in cat a really are the type who find everything to be crap. normally the same people who thought generals was crap.
