sonic that screenshot was made when i have disc2-data disc in my cd-rom i have english patch over english game what should i do

Hi i am a c&c fanatic fan of SLOVENIA (it's a small country east of Italy) i am playing c&c for years and now i decided to play those games over the internet so let the fun begin!

I've got a problem with runing my patch Simply I run game.exe and WinXP shows me the welcome picture and then says http://slike.lublana.com/pics/errorren2906.jpg I hope the picture is good please HELP ME
