Isotx announced that it is launching the C&C Generals: Zero Hour mod "Mideast Crisis" tournament. The Grand Prize is a 60gb iPod Video. Other prizes include a 4gb iPod Nano and copies of C&C: The First Decade.
Players will face off in 1v1 and 2v2 games played on maps of eight sections of the Golan Heights. Four of these maps are already in MidEast Crisis 1.5. At the beginning of the tournament, each side will control four sections of the map, and matches will take place on border areas. Once a side has control of all eight sections, the best players of both sides will fight a final match in the defeated side's capital city, forcing an armistice to end the conflict. In the end, a collective of Isotx staff will review replays and scores to determine winners and runners-up.
