i have seen alot of complaining about glitches and possibillity to shoot these down , i am going to clarify how its done. laser turrets are infact usless as they are an instant hit at said location on map. alphas and auroras can be shot down , but only when the fly in groups as stated in the manual. the best way to do tthis is stinger site spam ( i have never been able to do it with usa/china) it happens when aurora 1 flys over your sites, the rockets fire and detoante behind alpha one just as alpha 2 is flying into the area the stingers are detonating. this is the only way to shoot auroras down full stop. I am fed up of people calling you "noob" for using auroas ( not even alphas) i personally never have a problem dealign with them, they are sitting ducks on the way out. from what i can tell of the player base of ZH a fair portion are whiners and cryers. if anything isnt going their way the resort to insulting your methods rather than trying to counter them. i am fed up of game slisted as "no SW no aura" wtf is this ? if you cant handle these aspects of the game then u shouldnt be playing online. you dont see posted games " no battle busses" or "no nukes cannons" (or inferno cannons , which are better imho) what these people who cry about all the time really need , is to go play the carebears have tea ! or something simmilar. this is a war game and every race has its "i win button" deal with it or stop playing

as for meating at 8pm that wont be happening on a friday, since i have a social life and the weekends tend to involve something other than online games you sad **** some other time

If you had an ounce of common sense you would realise that a 92% win ratio means that if i have played you there is a 92% chance i bet you, its simple statistics and you cant argue with that. and my fianl point if you were as "pro" as you had mentioned you would have moved on like 99% of all the other pros. the way i see it you found yourself in a niche of decent players left after the mass exodus of good players when map hacking came about and the game finaly met its makers (which it has) you can continue this pointless argument if you like but im sure silent majority who read the forums from time to time will agree with my logic here( this doesnt include the people you have buttered up or badgered into posting for your defense).

Arouras really should have been like heros and you only get 1 at a time and it takes about 3-4 min to build 1 aroura. this could be made slightly more powerfull so it can nail a power plant/baracks in 1 hit. well badger if you were so :shock: "pro" :shock: you would know an aurora can take out a power plant in 1 hit and for crying out loud badger why do you feel the need to get offensive at everyone who corrects you, spastic retards noobs morons, its beyond a joke and you come accross like a 13 year old who just lost a game of snakes and ladders.

you say you play bf2 on your lap top beloow minimum specs? i bet it runs like **** and isnt what you would call playable but then if you use rubbish pcs all the time you wont have anything to compare it to :wink:

they are all part of the game and they are not as unbalanced as people think. like i said i never had a problem beeting some one with auroras , you can call me noob or whatever but at the end of the day i win and doesnt loosing mean your crap ? certainly does where i come from, if you win you win if you loose then u aint that good. been looking over your posts badger and most of them show you to be arrogant immatune ignorant oneof those players you just dont like playing becuase of a "bad attitude" grow up and start respecting people

you shoot me down without ever experiancing the problem yourself, pcs come in a variety of shapes and designs and what works for one person doesnt work for another. i have had this problem with the white out and it is driver realted. you cannot cause firestorms ro any graphical effect as all textures are white appart from buildings and units. So personal experience talking here. i have nvidia cards of differnet model numbers GF4`s to GF 7`s in 5 pcs here that all run generals. on each of these machines i have the "white out" problem in zero hour . nvidia drivers were responsibal on all 5 machines , not bad ram. Rolling drivers is back is not uselss. you have no idea what your talking about. some older drivers work just as well ( especially on nvidia) the only things they lack are support for the new shaders and video options for dvd playback etc. but then if you arnt using the new 7 series then its not really a problem. like i said i ran my 6800 on the 61.**/62.** series of drivers and not the 8x drivers. as for other games there was no frame rate loss. So Rolling back drivers is in fact USEFULL i beleive of tech support sites also recomend rolling back drivers in these instances

EA are terribal for what they consider playable preformance. loads of people have minimum - recomended systems and it runs terribal. take the recomended requirements and add 50% to cpu power and then your talking playable when u look at an EA game. they have always been like that and probably always will

its your graphics drivers , and i bet u use nvidia ? well roll them back untill the problem is gone 62.** works for 6800 on generals , while for some reason they all work for sli configurations

bunkering is a perfectly legit tactic, and people dont like cos they are to short sighted to see what way the game is going. i bunker at every oppertunity, but thewn i play stealth/toxin . im a grubby stain you just cant remove ! and it makes me happy to know the opponent is bashing their computer to peices in frustration as i hhit and run back to my tunnel creep. call me a nobo or whatever you want, but i win 92% of the time. if its a winning strat i aint changing it , and the mroe you insult my tactics online the more i laugh

this is my point, people complain about so much in this game when the writing on the wall for them , your either a noob for using SW or a noob for bunkering, or a noob for using a certain unit. really gets to me. but the point of this post was for somehting i saw on the forums earlier but cant find now about how to stop auroras on their way in

ye there is multiple ways to counter them quads etc im talking about flying in not out. but yes multiple ways do exist on the way out
