hello i just want to know how you can edit the loading screen of multiplayer games. i am making a mod and i need a decent loading screen for certain countrys. PLEASE HELP :!:

How do you make multiplayer units that are unique to a certain country (desolators,demolition trucks,snipers exc) available to all countrys??? I have TIBED but im not too good with it. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Whoever has Tibed and wants some new mods try modding some of these units. i have tried most of these. they are....... promotable base defences! chronoshifting demolition trucks,spys and engineers! radar tower that tripples as a psychic sensor, radar and spy sattelite! Power plants with extremely high power levels! instant charging superweapons! super strong wall! miner that can hold a LOT more ore! if you have anymore ideas, tell me and i will try that and if it works then i will post it here!
