HELP!!!!!!!!

i have an onboard sound. no soundcard. the computer does not even register a sound card. but i have speakers that work just fine.

i reinstalled directx and reinstalled TS with no joy. I have other games that work just fine including red alert 2. please help!!!!

i am downloading the new software. should i reinstall the game also. this computer does not sure if this computer has a sound card. has this problem been addressed before?

the game plays fine. the sound is just disabled. before the game even starts it gives me the unable to create direct sound primary buffer. i tried to reinstall the directx from the disc and it would not work.

unable to create direct sound primary buffer in xp for Tiberian Sun. How do i fix this problem?
