Hey everyone.
I have just entered the world of modding and I have got hold of TibEd and TibEd2 which I find very helpful. I do have a few questions on modding though as I am a bit of a newbie still (a lot in fact).
1. How do I edit images like country flags, country loading screens, unit icons etc.? Which programs do I need and how is it done?
2. How do I get the AI to build and use the new units and structures that I make in my mods? The AI never seems to build them.
