"missing or invalid ini registry" this appears when i try to run that patch. =/ what is going on? Thanks again.

When i try to play on the internet, it says i need a patch. I say "yes auto update", then it says no updates are avalible or update failed. The file size is 187777 i think. It is a purchased game with serial number, what could be wrong? Can i download the file it is trying to get? Thanks for taking the time to read this.
