I've been using TibEd2 for a while now on my old laptop with no problems. However on this new laptop, whenever I move between a unit/building (for example, editing in the USAPowerPlant then moving to USAPatriotBattery) it locks up for about 10 to 15 seconds before actually do what I ask. However, when I close and re-open TibEd2, it's fine for about 3 moves before it starts to lock again. Is anyone else having this problem? Currently running Vista Home Premium 32-bit (Compatibility set to Windows 2000 (Yes, I've tried XPSP2 and get the same results)) 2GB RAM Intel Pentium Dual CPY T2370 (1.73GHz) DirectX 10

Okay, for a laugh, I decided to make ConYards buildable. When I got an error after trying to cancel a build, I changed the Tech Level back to -1. However, for some reason, the AI still builds them and along with that, whenever they build something, what they build is multiplied by the amount of CYs they have (No joke, I saw 7 Prism Towers built at once around each other O_O) I've tried changing AIBuildThis to no, but that crashes the game. Tried changing BuildLimit to 1, no effect. I really don't know what to do... Here's what my ini says for CYs. The Genetic Mutator. Mainly because if you spot an infantry batallion... *click, boom* Or, if you have an Airport, you can land a bunch of troops, wait for the Mutator to charge, then put it on them. Boom. Free Brutes.

Okay, for the past few hours I've been trying to play YR online but if I ever get into a game (The amount of times people quit >.>) it runs for a few seconds and says "Reconnection Error!" [OK] Clicking [OK] takes me back to the game listings... What can I do? I have The NP Patch thing (needed to run Mental Omega, but I was running normal YR at the time) installed. and YR patch 1.001.

Taking Units From Modded Maps

Me again. =D I have a modded map called "Silent Pin Drops 2" and in it there is a unit called "Mutually Assured Destruction" that I want to create for myself in TibEd. Problem is, I can;t remember how I displayed the .INI rules for that unit... I swear I did it before in FA2... But its been so long since I've used it, that I've forgotten how to do it. Can anyone help me correct this, or just to tell me I'm a stupid idiot and I dreamt the whole thing XDDD -

Thanks a lot ^^ I'm just doing basic stuff at the minute.. Y'know... modifying the RHino Tank weapon to Grand Cannon Weapon *sighs*.. oh the mayhem XD And stuff like that, but thanks ^^

Well howdydo. =D Name's Max. I've been playing Command and Conquer since Red Alert came out and have since backtracked to those games that I missed. I've been working to make my own modifications and so on for Red Alert 2 (and Yuri's Revenge if it would work on my laptop >.>) But anyways, I hope to find a few people to talk with, swap mod tips, swap maps, swap stories, hey! even swap MSN addresses, but it's great to find such a dedicated C+C forum =D
