No isp disc just made a connection like if did everyother time. Can not just connect to both Gen & 0 hour. I have firewall but tuned it off when trying to connect.

I have Generals & Zero Hour. I had to format the computer and for some reason I can not connect to the Internet. Why would this be, and how do I fix this problem!!! Arrrgh!! :x :x :x :x
