Ok I'll look up the info you have posted here but I made it so that once and genaric proc,tech and war buildings are built that alll three mcvs could be bilt, I wonder if I canged the owerships of the buildings and units I want the AI's to build would work?

I'm working on a mod with the Tibed unit editors and I was wondering would anyone who would play my mod need Tibed to make the mod word or are the changes made with it made in the rules ini file?
